Great range of white goods, small appliances, TV's, computers, furniture and bedding.
10 days ago I purchased a dining table and 4 chairs with matching walnut legs. Next day I had them delivered but leg colour was ash as stated on box labels. Customer rep has no idea when the correct colour ones will be delivered from supplier! Should she not try and find out?! I have fully paid for these,considering a full refund of the lot as table not of much use without the chairs! 3 weeks on now and still no idea when the correct ones will be here! How hard is it for them to get them delivered from Melbourne in a timely manner? They simply do not care since they got the sale, fully paid for! Nothing offered in compensation for the delay and their mistake!

Their service is terrible. We bought the outdoor setting, and one of them didn’t come with instructions and bolts, we had to call the store and chase up the parts, and are still waiting, and it has been a week. They keep saying it is the manufacture’s fault. Their service team’s attitude is very poor. The sales person told us the outdoor lounge comes with a cover, but when we bought them there was no cover. When i called the store to chase the mssing part and the cover, she told us to purchase it with half price- false marketing and the quality control is very poor
Went to Domayne Fyshwick today, with not the greatest expectations, however they had what we wanted, and even came to the party and honoured a price we flagged with them. Special shout out to Tanisha, who helped us get what we wanted. All in all a good experience and has restored our faith in big retail chains... A little 😋 …
